How to store your gourmet doggiii treats:
 
You do not need to refrigerate our gourmet doggiii treats.  It is okay to freeze our gourmet treats to extend the shelf life .  We suggest freezing your treats for two or three months.  Don't forget to ask your doggiii for permission...
 
NOTE: Please do not leave decorated treats in high temperature conditions.
 
Item Freshness:  Brownies, Cakes, Cupcakes, Donuts  - 3-4 weeks                                          Biscuit Styles - 6 to 8 weeks
 
 
 
NO Preservatives or additives:
 
Each gourmet doggiii treats is made using wholesome ingredients - NO preservatives or additives, No SUGAR and NO SALT.  Only the very finest of quality ingredients for baking are selected to use and they are very safe for dogs.  For example, some of our treats are decorated with carob or yogurt.  Many customers believe it is chocolate because it resembles chocolate but rest assured chocolate is NEVER used.  Each treat on our site has an ingredient listing for your review.
 
NOTE: Doggiiis with sensitive stomach please consult with customer service prior to ordering.  
 
 
Serving Sizes:  Birthday Cakes or Bone Cookies                         
 
Small Doggiii Birthday cake  **5 inches in diameter,  2.5 inches in height
 
serves up to 4 slices of cake.  
 
Large Doggiii Birthday cake   **6  inches in diameter, 3.5 inches in height
 
serves up to 8 slices of cake.
 
Doggiii Birthday Bone Cookies   ** 8.5 inches in length, 4 inches wide
serve portions appropriate for your dog size.
 
 
NOTE:  Birthday cake has the shelf life up to 3 weeks, they stay well reserved until your doggiii's big day so freezing is not necessary.
 
 
 
 
Payment:
 
We are accepting payment vial mail at this time.  Acceptable forms of payment are:  Money Order  or a personal check:  ONLY - two party (i.e.  One Party is yourself, the other Party is the bank). 
 
Negotiations are in session  to secure Credit/Debit card usage. 
 
Paypal is an option. Shopping cart features will be a future service offered. 
 
Formal announcement will occur upon our Executive Board approval.
 
NOTE:  Our Customer Service Representative are not permitted to ask for credit cards information via telephone.  All Conversations are recorded for training purpose. 
 
 
 
 
Shipping:  
 
Presently there is a standardized postage fee of $7.99 for all orders.  Be sure to "click" on the pay now button to add shipping.  This feature is subject to change.  Notification will be announced on site.  We will increase our mailing and tracking services in the near future.
 
Your order is shipped within between 3-5 business days Monday - Friday to ensure maximum freshness.  Please place your orders early for the Holidays or feel free to contact customer service for special request or Birthday, Wedding, etc. to ensure prompt delivery...
 
UPS and Fed-Ex are available speak with customer service prior to ordering.
 
 
NOTE:  The day your item is shipped is NOT counted as a shipping day.  Consult with customer service to verify a specific date  to allow arrival time of a few days prior of your special event. 
 
NOTE: Once an order is place , we CANNOT change the shipping. 
 
NOTE: NO cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order.
