Your order is shipped within between 7-10 business days Monday - Friday to ensure maximum freshness. Please place your orders early for the Holidays or feel free to contact customer service for special request or Birthday, Wedding, etc. to ensure prompt delivery... Approximate time for all order delivery is 1 week to allow for back orders. We make every attempt to ensure prompt delivery.
Some of our items are shipped directly to you from our distributor, therefore it may take up to 72 hours to process your order and ship from their facility. The day your item is shipped is not counted as a shipping day. Consult with customer service to verify a specific date to allow arrival time of a few days prior of your special event.
NOTE: Once an order is place, we CANNOT change the shipping.

We do our best to keep track of the inventory of the items we have available. Customer service will notify you if there is an item out of stock . We process all available items as requested. Out of stock items are shipped in chronological order unless you have notified us of the deletion of the item at your request.
NO telephone calls will be accepted as a request for deletion of items or orders. You will be charged for the items as they are shipped.
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation emai which will provide you with the details of your order. Emails are sent to update our customers with the shipping information.
Orders will be shipped via Federal Express Only. For RUSH (2 day or Overnight) services please contact us directly by telephone prior to placing your order to ensure the item is in stock for expedited shipping at this time we will notify you if there is any additional cost to process your order.
